May 11, 2006 - Vision Systems GmbH - Data communication specialist - announces support of Windows 64 bit versions. The VScom PCI serial and parallel cards now provide the new driver version 3.00 for download. This new driver is available for the classic 32 bit Windows versions, from Windows 95 up to Windows 2003 server. The revised WDM driver structure supports the 64 bit Windows platform. Drivers for Windows XP Professional x64 Edition are available, as well as those for Windows 2003 Server x64 Edition.

The VScom PCI serial and parallel cards are available in classic and universal PCI variants for 5V and 3.3V slot. Soon there will be PCI Express cards also.
The serial ports of the cards are available with 16 Byte FIFO for transmit and receive in the L-series, and also with 128 Byte FIFO for data in the H-series. The industrial I-series cards offer RS232, RS422 and RS485 with automatic receive and transmit control ART.
